What the heck! How can I withdraw my trading income amounting to 140.41USD if they won't accept my documents? My documents, including my passport were rejected. I am tired of their lame excuses. The reason that I got yesterday was my documents had a low resolution. How could it be? The passport and my bank statement are scanned at a higher resolution. I even included the edges both sides to be able to prove that all my documents are not edited nor photo-shopped. I didn't expect that it would happen to me, If I only knew, I would not waste my time here! They kept holding my money for about two weeks now. The management of this company must train their people well. It seems that they do not know how to distinguish a genuine and fake documents. Shame on them.

In my opinion, Nord Group is completely a scammer, because this broker makes me loss lots of money. Thus, this broker has stolen me over 1000$ of profits that I’ve made with them. In last year, I started trading with them I saw many their promotions on some forums. At the beginning, everything was smooth with me including depositing and getting profit, and I was profitable with my scalping strategy (which is permitted on all accounts like their website explicitly states. My case happened with this broker in 3 months ago, when I wanted to withdraw money. At that time, I earned 600$ when I deposited 500$ for trading. Therefore, I made a withdrawal for my profit with them, but I hardly withdrew money. Hence, I contacted to their support to ask about my request, and they said that my accounts were blocked for the client agreement terms violation. I was shocked when they blocked ALL my trading accounts I had with them! I had the Micro, the Standard and all the others since I wanted to try them all out. All emails still stay unanswered, it’s so terrible. Thus, their whole operations are completely fake and outright lie about being registered with the FSC. In conclusion, I can only HIGHLY recommend for traders to stay away from them under these circumstances.

NordFx is quiote good for new traders, expect for the fact that spreads get higher even for micro accounts. Also the conections is not good at all, very slow.And i faced many requotes. I hope they improve… Read more...

Horrible slippage, trades are almost always being executed against me, especially around important news. I think, it’s impossible to make any profits with this broker, I will not be investing more money… Read more...

Trading on Nord FX platform has been waste of time for me, they have the worst platform I have ever worked with in my life. It happens that I was in a very good winning long position and when I decided to close it with a sell, the platform decided to open a new short position instead. I thought I mistook something or I pressed something else so I tried it again but the platform opens a second short position. It does not hedge, because when I opened my account, they told me that is not possible to hedge with this platform. I have stopped trading on their platform!
