I think IronFx is one of the broker that I have to stay away from. By right, I have been using the services for nearly to a year. During first 5 months, services was quite good but somehow it turned to be something wrong once I requested to use the withdrawal system. I don’t think I have problem on trading performance and I can earned profit at least $100 per week. So that, I decided to take out profit $200 out of $1000. I used Yandex, seriously it took almost 2 weeks to settle. I received money through bank account yet amount was not enough short of $30. I called to finance department and they still in the mid of checking it. Another thing, I have to wait again for the feedback, and it take almost 10 days to respond to me back. More so, with Iron Fx I think wasting too much time I am deciding to leave this broker soon!

I have lost a lot of money in IronFX trading systems, slow execution my stop loss did not work, a sequence of bad things made me loose 60% of the $200 that I funded, I sent them an e-mail for help, but it take them long to answer, so I will withdraw the left in my account and invest in another broker.

All was working fine with Ironfx until I decided to request a withdrawal via Neteller. It was my first withdrawal. I withdrew 150 dollars and receive only $100. I sent several emails to support asking what had happen and I never received a reply. I sent a last email saying I would rReport them to the official bodies and they closed my account. I still had $ 300 of remaining funds and it just disappeared. I am very disappointed. I filled out an official complaint about them and I hope to have my money back very soon. Please, stay away from them, It's a scam.

I have an extremely horrible experience with IronFx. Last 15 March 2017 on Fed annaunacement, I had experienced a fake slippage of 73 pips on their MT4 platform which caused my profitable opened positions closed with negative balance and I lost about $182. I did live chat with them they told to me that it was a technical breakdown and they were fixing the bugs but they were refused to adjust my account. As far as I am concerned, this one is a scam and traders should beware.

If you are going to trade with IronFX, I advise you should avoid this broker. I was scammed by IronFX, and they don’t give my money back with 1000$. Everything went well in the first period, and my case just happened in 3 months ago. 3 months ago, I earned huge profit with 1000$ when I deposited 800$. Therefore, I made a request of withdrawal with all my profits, but I couldn’t do it. There always have errors in their system, so I contacted to their support. Their support told me that they would solve my matter in soon. Actually, I couldn’t make any withdrawal when it was over 2 weeks. Then, I contacted to their support again, but I got nothing from them. Thus, this broker didn’t do anything with my request, and they took away all my profit with 1000$. It’s so terrible, and I am losing my patience with this broker. If you trade with IronFx, you’ll lose your hard earned money. I recommend to stay away as far as possible from them. IronFX is scammer ever!! Please, stay away from them, they are not safe company.
