For me, I don’t recommend GCI Financial to my friend, and I have been using the MT4 platform by GCI nearly to 4 months. The initial deposit was too high $2,000 which I think not suitable especially for newbies. Along my journey with GCI I also found that, MT4 platform quite complicated to use in fact it was too advance to use. I have experienced difficulties before when I used to set the take profit and stop loss order on the platform. So, I have to contact again to live chat for further assistance. Overall, I think if you all considering to join GCI group I think better start with broker that can offer low initial deposit and it will be more suitable. Thanks!!

There is no way to contact their customer support. I forwarded my e-mail to the customer service department about me not being paid my money, I am trading with GCI Markets for the past 4 months and they have not made a single payment yet. I do not understand why I have not been paid yet. Whenever I contact the customer support they refuse to reply me. Please gci markets I need my $700!

even though this broker have 15 years’ experience in dealing forex activity they still can’t be trust because all my profit have been freeze and I can’t access my own account because of my Expert advisor that gain profit more than 50% from my equity. What can I do if my robot can gain such profit and when I’m reading their term and condition regarding to using EA in trading they don’t even state this requirement that I can’t gain profit more than 50% or first warning will be given if I reach that percentage. They should be professional when dealing this such issue and if my EA against their trading rules at least just revoke the profit only but not my equity.

I start to trade with GCI Financial in 2 years ago, and I really enjoy trading with this broker. At the beginning, I was impressed with 30% welcome bonus, so I opened live account at here. At that time, I made a small deposit with 60$, and I got their bonus. Hence, my account was 78$ instead of 60$, and that was helpful for me. In addition, the most important point is, GCI is really honest about their pip spreads calculation. Their technical analysis and daily fundamental repost were exceptive for me to learn that helps me make accurate market analysis. Furthermore, GCI provides me 3.5% interest on my trading balance, so I really like their withdrawing service. Since I traded with this broker, I have never faced any kind of problem with trading platform. Thus, GCI is the best broker I ever traded in forex! Therefore, I think GCI Financial is a reliable broker, and I recommend this broker as a great honest broker with low spreads.

GCI is a reliable broker for me. In my trading activity, normally I’ll use pending order and instant order and also I will set my take profit and stop loss so that I can reduce my risk and also can measure my profit in pips. Their trading platform is friendly user and also their execution also smooth. Their spread are still acceptable for me and I do really impress with their support team that are knowledgeable guide me to answer my question professionally. So far it’s been 5 years I’ve been trading with them and still stick with them and I can withdraw without any problem and it only took within 2 hours to complete the transaction. Usually my withdraw amount will be 500 USD per month and they will approve my request within that day so that I can enjoy my money after the transaction done.
