Be aware of FXCC, because I was scammed by this broker with lots of money. I will tell you my case with this broker. In last month, I had 6 trades in my basket and the basket was in profit. I expected it would become higher since I knew gold would go up even more. First, I had error on the connection, so I couldn’t login my account. Therefore, I made complain with them because this was not the first time happens when big data is coming. Suddenly, all my trades were closed, I did not understand what happen with me. Hence, I checked my account history and I saw that my trades was closed due to 'Margin call', this is stranger. I had 450$ in balance and equity was 200$, so it can’t be any margin call. I contacted to them again to clarify my matter, and until now I haven't yet got any answer from them. Their customer support made me so upset. The best advice I can give to you all, stay away from FXCC.

I was afraid to trade with fxcc because I thought it is one of many small firms from Cyprus. Completely wrong and biased opinion. Broker is interested in providing better service for customers. It has ecn accounts and broker guaranties no conflict of interests. They do not take the other side of client trades. The spreads varies but are not that high, specially on EUR/USD, execution is fast, it has everything I need in the moment. I recommend.

They are a very bad broker, I had a very horrible experience on their platform, although I didn't trade for a long time on the platform because my account was blocked by FXCC itself. When I open an account I deposited $3000 in 2 turns every time i loss in the 3rd deposit i doubled my account 2 times and requested a withdrawal they take my initial deposit with profits and blocked my account. They are scammers, they have not been replying my mails.

I have been trading with their demo account for roughly 2 months. They advertise the spreads on a demo account 0.6 pips which are same as for a live account . After which I made my first deposit and I could see that the spreads for major currency were really about 7 pips. I send an email to customer support and they told me that they claim a commission of 2.0 pips for each trade. That’s why there is a difference between my demo and my live account. Don't waste your money with them. The broker is joke.

I've used FXCM's MT4 platform till 6 months now. I think FXCM's spreads are still higher than others brokers. My 'open' orders disappear in the synchronization process, execution is often slow and sometimes the interface can hang for up to 5-15 minutes depending on news events and volatility. So with FXCM I always avoid trading during important news reports. So I want to withdrawal my money and this withdrawal need 1one week, they say it was delay for holiday issue. But their customer support staff are very professional, efficient, thoughtful and helpful.
