This broker made me feel confused because I was interested when I saw the offer they gave me. I just wanted to join this broker but suddenly I think again that I don't want to lose my money here. Many traders also say that when they ask customer support to do the process, suddenly broker like not want to be responsible with the problem. I'm very afraid and worried if more and more traders are harmed by this broker. Now I'm looking for a broker that I can trust. This broker makes me confused because many traders who provide negative comments. I'm still looking for more information about this broker.

I opened a live account Admiral.Markets with this broker 4 months ago and I am ready to move to other broker. They have really bad servers, the platform Meta Trader 4 crashes a lot, has delays or re-quotes. I couldn't trade most of the days because of that issues. I called them and the support team just puts me on hold for ever. I deposited at first 200 $ using web money. I lost not in total 400$ because I deposited another time 200$ with the hope I will make my money back but is useless. The broker is manipulating the prices and if you make a small profit i just to keep you active in the market. I don't like the support team or services and I currently wait for approval to withdraw the last funds I have and I will close the account.

Trading with Admiral Markets is really a nightmare for me on every day, and now I’m looking for another broker to trade. I just joined to trade with this broker in 6 months, but they made me loss lot of money. For example: last week, I deposited 500$, and I've lost a third in a few days because of requotes, slippage and spike! Therefore, I wanted to return at least part of the lost money back, but their support slowly responds to my complaints. Indeed, I don't like them! Their support is annoying and anxious, because I'm waiting for their answer for a long time with 1 week! In fact, they are a serious broker and provide good services, but when it comes to disputes, they become intolerable. Thus, I don't see anything good in this broker. As for me, they are unscrupulous and impolite. First month, I made good profit, and I hope I will make more profits in trading! Then I abruptly began to lose money, and almost 70% of what has been lost for a week. It reminded me it like a casino. All in all, please stay away this broker – Admiral Markets, they are just a cheater in forex world!!!!

trading with admiral market only give me 1 problem that they can’t improve which is late in approval for withdrawal. I’ve been trading with them almost 5 month and so far that’s the only problem that I’ve face. I don’t know what their finance department need to follow the procedure for approving my withdrawal request that always late for 3 working days. I’ve to wait almost a week for them to credit money into my bank account after 3 days they approve it took around 2 days to complete the transaction. When I ask their support team why it took so long to approve they said they have so much customer to handle the withdrawal request from their client and I’m not expected this answer would come from them. They should add more staff if they give such excuse because in this industries, they should now that trader doesn’t like this kind of late approval for withdrawal request that make us feel like this broker is not a reliable. Overall admiral market should fixed this problem otherwise trader will find another broker that can give a better services.

Hello traders, I am ADITYANSHU, live in India. Here I described my experience with Admiral Markets. Yesterday I opened an order where I set stop loss but they closed my position 100 pips lower without a reason! Another issue is I received 95€ withdrawals via skrill within 7 working days, when I asked support then they said that " We would like to inform you that our company has identified fraudulent activity on your trading account" actually my transaction was under observation. I think, on December 2016 I was taken 50€ no deposit bonus and when i want to withdraw my profit, the bonus just makes it's more trouble. I also want to forget about such brokers service.
