I have a live account with iForex but I will close soon my account because the broker is manipulating the prices, the support team is rude and the platform doesn't work. The first 3 months this problems didn't exist, but for the last 2 months I keep having promises that the platform MT4 will work. It has delays 2 seconds and thus the prices when the trade is closed aren't real. I traded Crude Oil, Gold and EUR/USD. I lost 600$, plus time. I don't recommend the broker!

They have annoying account managers that would constantly call to ask me to invest more. They entice clients by offering welcome bonuses and low commissions. I already have a manager whose name is Shahid, so there is no need to bother me every single day. That just makes me uncomfortable.

I have suffered major drawbacks with iforex when it comes to withdrawal profit out. They just provide 2 types of payment method and I used bank wire before this. I think there no issues on MT4 trading… Read more...

I have suffered major drawbacks with iforex when it comes to withdrawal profit out. They just provide 2 types of payment method and I used bank wire before this. I think there no issues on MT4 trading platform since order execution are still in order also executed smoothly. However, last 2 weeks I have requested to withdraw $200 via bank wire but I have to wait for more than 3 days just to get money credited into account. More so, to get assistance I called to support division unfortunately disappointed with the response and feedback from the team. I am still trading with iforex but wish they will improve the system quickly.

Iforex online trading is the worst broker I have ever traded in forex, and I advise you should avoid this broker. 4 months ago, I trade with Iforex online trading and I have many problems with this broker. At the moment, I am trading with other broker and I really satisfy with my current trades. My case happened with this broker when I want to withdrawal my profit 400 USD via card. Last month, I earned profit 400 USD when I made deposit for 800 USD. Therefore, I couldn’t get my money because during the process of withdrawal, I have lost my card, so I contacted their support to ask their help. Their support asked me a bank letter as evidence for the replacement of the lost & new card, which took me more than 4 working days with appointment, emails & follow up call. Then, when I got the letter & proceed with withdrawal request, but they rejected my withdrawal request using the new card & came with excuses. They has proposed other withdrawal method using Wire Transfer. After all, I still cannot make my withdrawal. For newcomers, please be careful with this broker as they will come with all excuses to not give your money.

I would like to assert that to become a good trader I should master every area in forex. Though, I used iForex platform to deal with. This is the third broker I have tried so far. As required, I am responsible to get used and exposed to all trading features and system. So that, it took almost 2 month in demo platform then only I made deposit of a $500 to live account. Trading wise was okay and order execution were executed properly but somehow I faced problem for withdrawal. Verification of document take time to process and I have to wait for more than 8 days to get money into bank account. By right, to get thing done I got to call up the support department and some information were confusing. I think it was not supportive enough and they need a good customer support to solve important matter especially about verification as to make it smooth and more efficient. I hope they improve the system so I don’t have to wait for so long for money and processing matter.
