I've just opened a live account and decided to deposit a small fee just to test ICM Brokers. Firstly, When taking trades it often freezes for about 10 seconds before the trade is executed. Today I tried to close a trade and waited about 30 seconds before it would close. Needless to say it was a bigger loss than expected. I even filmed the trade pending cancellation until it close. The MT4 servers seem to purposefully be slow. I have never had this with a broker and for me this is a deal break will be leaving ICM Brokers.

ICM is defiantly market maker broker. The troubles started when I grew my $650 account to $1255, price would blatantly be down trending, then I make the short trade and magically price surges 40pips against me. Then I trade a bigger lot long order to arbitrage the loss, and then it never goes above the long-price, nor does it dip below the short price. It has happened so regularly. This guys are not honest at all.

I joined this broker last February 2017. I spoke to their support and it was okay. I submitted my documents and got approved in 2 days. I made a deposit of $150 via credit card to test if their service was good based on the reviews. Using their platform was a bit sneaky but i made profit of $190 in a month but lost some funds in some trades so I added my funds another $300 using again my credit card. But this time I used 1:200 leverage and I took more risk. I recovered my losses and increased my balance to another $200. I requested for a withdrawal but they wont reply to my emails and calls. Customer service is good at first but the connection is very poor and when you are requesting for a withdrawal they will make response nor answer your calls, big spread and too many requotes.

This is not a good broker, it's a scam because when I wanted to withdraw the earnings I had made during 3 months (around $3,000), they only gave me the half. I made my request by Webmoney but this broker… Read more...

This is not a good broker, it's a scam because when I wanted to withdraw the earnings I had made during 3 months (around $3,000), they only gave me the half. I made my request by Webmoney but this broker put me several excuses, such as I hadn't reached the traded lots required to withdraw money, that I had used strategies not accepted, and so on. After 2 months of checking my account, they accepted my request of withdrawal, but only gave me $800...I am exhausted of sending emails requesting the remaining money. I have lost faith, that's why I left this review so that other people can read it and avoid using this broker.

ICM Brokers is fraud broker. At began I started a demo account with them when I see the good result then I have been opened a Standard account and deposited $300 USD. A few months later I set an EA on the MT4 terminal. I earned $100 profits within a week. But last week they canceled all of my EA trading orders without any notifications.EA stopped working and the platform is freeze with requotes. In this reason, I have been lost $200 within a day. So I have also stopped trading with them for such kind of scam activity. I find out that unreasonable spread hit among my trading order's positions! Obviously, I asked their support but they told me that "during France presidential election spread widening" etc etc. That's why I realize ICM Broker aren't perfect for me.
