I opened $100 last month with Fibo. They give 100% first deposit bonus and had it in my account the next day. Everything was fine until I experienced that stop loss doesn't seem to work properly during high volume trade. and when I hold my trade overnight, they charge rollover fees to high. Also they charge 0.03% renewal fee on open positions regardless of long/short so in a sense it does not have swap rates. With limited experience , I do not deserve this.

For me, this is not the best broker and I encourage you not to use it for trading in forex market. I admit that I got very good earnings in just a few months because trading conditions provided are excellent… Read more...

For me, this is not the best broker and I encourage you not to use it for trading in forex market. I admit that I got very good earnings in just a few months because trading conditions provided are excellent and it seemed, at the beginning, that every detail of systems and services are well controlled. But I realized after that as soon as you start to have good earnings, the broker begins to put you all barriers. For example, in my case, when I accumulated around $1,000 in my account, I wanted to withdraw the half of it, $500, but the managers never processed my request and although I sent several emails, none of them was replied. I kept on trading thinking that maybe it was just an issue of time from them. I kept on accumulating good earnings and when I wanted to withdraw $1,500, they blocked my account definitely without giving me any excuse. I lost all my investment. It was very disappointing.

Fibo Group has everything, but do not have a good system of withdrawal. Trader trouble when going to the withdrawal process. I always have to wait until the finish line. It is inflexible and troublesome. The withdrawal process often also failed and must be repeated over and over again. Several times I have been sending emails and complaints directly to customer support of Fibo Group, but the execution of which they did not succeed. Server systems and their withdrawal of funds is very bad, very uncomfortable.

Start with $100, I see good order execution in normal situations that is better from others on my first month of trading. The next month I started to buy gold, silver and platinum. However, without any warning, when the remaining money dropped below a certain limit, all positions were closed by the system. I notice that they also cancel the trades most specially during news. When i was asking for a withdrawal, they wont let me witdhraw my funds. I saw my bill in credit card that they were charging me $290 for an EA. I feel unsecured with this situation and I want FiboGroup to send back my credit or cancel the charges in my card.

I started to trade with Fibo group after I opened a demo account, at the beginning of the year. The first months the platform worked fine, but since April I have a lot of delays and the support team is not helping at all. I have a MT4 Cent account and I trade on MetaTrader 4 since the beginning, so I didn't change nothing, not either the pairs I trade EUR/USD, USD/CHF, USD/JPY, USD/CAD and Gold. I had a nice profit the first months almost 700$ each month. But I will close my account because the broker started to manipulate the prices on the platform on a daily basis, I get re-quotes and crashes of the platform. Some weeks ago I had also negative slippage of 15 pips over 20 trades.
