I am a trader with 6 years in trading, so I have experienced with many brokers. In my opinion, I must say that Sucden is basically not an honest market maker. In last year, I joined this broker by my friend’s introducing, but I have some problems at here. 3 months ago, I was experiencing the following tendency. I usually have a couple of active orders and it happens once a week. Thus, it has been the one of the most profitable orders with highest amount of pips that I earn, but it always disappears from their system. Actually, this thing made me loss a lot of money with 800$!!! Hence, I contacted to their support by callling, but this broker usually pretended that they have no idea what I am talking about because obviously they don't see it either. In fact, I can’t stand their behavior of solving, and I continue making complaints in many times. Suddenly, they blocked my account, and now I can’t login my account anymore. In my experience, I would not recommend Sucden at all, because they are so bad!!

My passport and utility bills were denied. I already send my documents for numerous times, but to no success. I got a different response from them when I emailed them. One of the staff says that my documents had a very low resolution and the other staff told me that the docs were not authentic. I think this company should train their staff well. They couldn't even determine the genuine and authentic documents. Such a shame. Til now, I couldn't withdraw my profits because they never approved my documents. The money that I requested to withdraw is just a small portion of my earnings and this company kept denying my documents to prevent me from taking our my money.

I am so thanks to my friend who is also a trader who has recommended me Sucden Broker.I would say SUCDEN can consider as a reliable forex broker and I am comfortable to trade with the MT4 platfrom. It a clean and clear, really ease my charting program.This is my second year with SUCDEN and I don’t have much issues with them. To be honest, I cannot escape from losing trade and totally cannot analyze the market 100%. Through the website I got to explore more about forex knowledge and just keep improve the trading plan rather I worked on standard account and it is now consistently giving me profit by weekly I managed to withdraw average $200 each week. I think it is okay spread at 2 pips especially on desired currency pair EUR/USD. I wish to grow more profit with Sucden and keep up the good work guys!

Sucden is not a reliable broker to invest because their system was not good as they said. I started to trade with them 7 months ago, and I have to say that Sucden is the worst broker I have ever traded in forex. Last week, this broker cancelled 4 of my profitable trades, with amount of 800$ and they could not give me the reason. Thus, they are always silent whenever I contacted to them. In addition, their spread was high; execution was slow and difficult for me to withdrawal. Furthermore, there were many re-quotes during trading time and placing orders that led my trades to be failed. At the moment, I trade another, and I have good results with my current broker. Therefore, I advise traders should be aware of Sucden, and you will find another broker which is better than this broker.

The only problem of this company is the execution of orders and it is always the reason why I lost some of my funds. Forex example, when I had a short position for USDCHF on Monday, the price started at 0.9965 and the Tp is 0.9970 and Sl at 0.9945. This company closed my order with losses. In short, they just blew up my account balance. I asked them what happened when the price went the correct and I only got an email saying that due to high volatility my order could not be filled at the requested rate and blah blah blah..... Now, I am planning to look for another broker. I don't want to waste my time and money anymore!
