I trade in HY Markets since January, in the first time everything gone smoth and fast and all pretty much made it sable for me to trade. But after I make platform upgrade my trading process manually close and I can't make communicating with their support so my trading and my deposit was was stuck in this broker for 2 weeks. The support service are not always available whenever I need their help. I angry but I just can wait their respon to get my money back and mybe will close my trading account.

HY Markets is awful. Not professional at all. Real account is totally different from demo account and it's very disappointing. Their demo account works very well, I never had problems with requotes and slippage. After 3 moths training, I opened a real account and my nightmare has started. I have experienced requotes and slippages in all my tradings and platform freezes every time I try to close a profitable trading.I'm sure HY Markets play against clients.

I closed recently my account with Hy Markets because of their lack o professionalism. I called the support team hundred of times to report problems with their platform, with their delays, with closing positions out of know where. They put my on hold for 30 minutes after that hang-up. The irony is that now after I closed the account they harass me to open again account with them. I traded major pairs EUR/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CAD, USD/CHF, EUR/GBP and I made during 3 months profit of 300$, after I lost 150$ as first deposits. So, actually I made 150$ in 3 months, and time lost. I don't recommend at all this broker!

I would like to warn everyone using HY Markets broker. This is what happened last night. I bought oil futures and tried to close the deal when it showed me a profit of around $70 but I couldn’t do it. I contacted to the dealers room and within seconds it converted into a loss of $90. This time, I tried to close the deal and it did. When I spoke to the dealers room, they said they can’t do anything except forwarding my complaint to my account manager. I am expecting some silly excuse tomorrow but if they don’t do anything, I will take some action.

I think HY Markets is a not reliable broker and guys if you are considering to join them, my advice is to be more careful. Based on my trading experience with them that almost 1 year I’ve been using… Read more...

I think HY Markets is a not reliable broker and guys if you are considering to join them, my advice is to be more careful. Based on my trading experience with them that almost 1 year I’ve been using their services, they never improve their service into a better one. They slow in execute your orders so that you can’t get the price that you want and basically they will late 3-5 second and it will be worst when I’m placing my orders during economic event that have fast movement or the market. HY Markets also slow in processing the deposit and withdrawal which it takes 1 day for them to credit my money into my trading account and it takes around 5 days for them to credit my money into my bank account via Paypal. They also doesn’t increase the leverage which only give 1:200 and it quite hard trading using those ratio. Overall be careful when choosing HYM as your new broker.
