I have had an account at FXOpen since last year and I can say that this broker is the worst broker in forex. After long working in EA, I success to build strong EA that depend on pending orders, and I choose FXOpen ECN account. However, FXOpen makes me disappointed so much when I trading with this broker. FXOpen is a total scam because I loss lots of money. At first, I've tried their promo about no deposit bonus of 10 usd and everything worked well. However, my case happened when I deposited 550$. On my first trade, I got a slippage under my stoploss with 20 pips. Suddenly, I've lost another 15 pips under my stoploss at the same day. Hence, I contacted their support to fix my issue, but they couldn't explain me what exactly is the problem with my stoploss. They always said that they are checking my issue. I really don't understand how that SCAM can operate in a long time. Thus, I had bad experience with this broker, so I recommend all traders stay away from this scam – FXOpen

FXOpen is a bad broker, so don’t join trading with them. In last year, I lost 700$ in my account when I trade with FXOpen, even though I didn't open a trade. When I contacted them regarding that, and they always said that they would fix their technical issue in soon. Since then, I haven't received any replies from them regarding it. This broker has such a poor service. In addition, FXOpen is cheeting on prices, I have proofs. I sent it to them but they said that it was market price. I always have more than one live account and in every moment I'm able to compare price moving. In the same time, the price at FXOpen moves more 50 pips than other brokers. In fact, it happens not one time, but it happens many times. Then, I moved to trade other broker, and I quit trading with FXOpen. Thus, I always earn profit with my current broker, and it’s completely different when I trade with FXOpen. All in all, FXOpen is really scammer and cheater, so don’t join trading with them

The No Deposit Bonus for the STP accounts is not real. I never got mine! That was last month when I decided to open a STP account and claimed the money. I got an email from the Bonus Department and told me that my STP account is not eligible for the bonus! The staff also told me that I had an existing account They're accusing me that I was using the name of other person to take advantage of this promotion! It's my first time to open a trading account. It's my friend who convinced me to open an account on the 23rd of March since I couldn't afford to invest my own money. I lost my job last year due to financial crisis here in my country. I don't have any trading accounts. I think they're just fabricating lies to prevent me from claiming the bonus. The amount t'was supposedly credited to my account was 10 USD.

I have been using his broker for 8 months and it wasn't what I expected. I had several problems trying to register with them in order to open just a demo account. I had to write to support team in order to get more help. I finally could open a demo account, but it was complicated for me to learn how to use the indicators and tools, but I finally got it. I made my first deposit of $200 and started to trade with USDJPY, but I lost about 20 pips in this pair due to the high instability of the platform. Requotes were all the time and platform used to freeze all the time. So I decided to cancel my account and started to look for another broker with best conditions.

My friend felt cheated by FXOpen, this broker promises bonus for new traders who at first time to register as a broker and trading with FXOpen. They call it, No Deposit Bonus. But until my friend trading for three months, the bonus has not he get. 10% promised by FXOpen is not forthcoming and my friend told me not to join with FXOpen. But I will keep trading with FXOpen because I was still able to generate profit with them.
