As an Arabian when I started to forex trading with eToro brokers, the experience of mine is so awful., I signed up a account and deposited $1000. Then I uploaded all documents for verification but it needs seven days to complete. On 12 February 2017, I was started trading and I saw they have only 16 currency pairs with huge spreads (1-3pips), even they don't support any Customization in the platforms. So I can't earn a good profit from my tradings. I have earned $60 within a month. So I decided to withdraw my profit through PayPal account. After Four days later I observed that my balance was deducted But I didn't receive any money yet. so ask their support many times about my money but they said it was given me before. Now I say they are cheater broker in the market.

I’ve been trading with etoro almost a year as a copytrader that give me extra income in trading but lately my request for withdrawal being pending almost 2 weeks and I do really that money to pay my bills and other commitment. I’ve made a report with them regarding to this issue they said will make further investigation and will update soon but it’s been 2 weeks waiting for their respond and I’m start doubt about them since I’ve a lot of follower for my copytrader account make me have to be patient to wait this pending withdrawal. After 3 weeks they approve my pending request for withdrawal and doesn’t even say apologize for this late approval showing that they are not professional at all in dealing with their clients. When I checked my balance account they deduct 50 USD for copytrader fees but this is not the right amount since I’ve an agreement stating that fees will be deducted when I’ve reach 50 lot standard but I’m not event reach that 50 lot. They just deduct without giving me a notice and I’ve to check by myself otherwise I don’t even know they have deduct my money. Their trading platform for copytrader also start to give me problem which I’ve problem in execute my instant order and I’ve to use pending order to place all my order which really need a lot of work. I should start finding another broker before this thing happened again to me.

I'm getting lots of slippage on market orders. They will never allow to fill your orders during news and I I always get this message "not enough liquidity" This makes a mockery of their tight spreads claims. Whenever I tried to contact and ask for an update with my problem, they have been very terrible in dealing with their clients, eToro would not return calls for days and only after repeated messages. Beware and take care

Trading with eToro in 2 years, I just got disappointed with this broker. At the beginning, everything went well in my demo account, because I also earned some profits in this account. Then, I started to trade in real account, and my case just happened with them in 2 months ago. At that time, I deposited 800$, and I earned profit with 700$. Hence, I wanted to withdraw with my profit, but this broker made the withdrawal process become more difficult. So, I couldn’t get my money. I asked their support about my problem, but they could not give me a good explanation. After that, they closed my account and I asked the support let me withdraw the rest of my money but they refused. When my positions are automatically closed, it caused me a loss of about 1000$. Then, eToro has informed me that I have never made a deposit and it means that I can't withdraw my profits. Thus, eToro is not a broker transparent, especially in the transfer and withdrawal. This broker wants to take my money when I make profits. As a result, I recommend to all traders beware this broker.

It takes 5 days to get your money after I sent the documents. But the problem happened when my second withdrawal got cancelled and this company provided no explanation. I still hope they can give back my money, their support was poor.
