I don't recommend Alpari. I was a client for 3 months and I just closed my account after waiting for 2 weeks to could withdraw my last profit of 1100$. The first month the platform MetaTrader 4 worked ok. The second month started to have delays of 2-3 seconds. I called the support team who is very rude and unprofessional and they assured me the problem will be fixed within days. It past 2 months the problem is still there. Also the broker is manipulating the prices in his advantage. I tried to trade EUR/USD,USD/CHF and Gold but there is not chance because the prices aren't real at the closing of the trade.

it’s a bad choice when choosing alpari as a broker since they are not reliable broker after 3 months trading I notice that too many slippage on exotic pairs like GBPJPY, EURJPY, AUDJPY because this is my favorite pair so I can notice during my trading activity. Their execution also slow 10 second late and can be delayed up to 20 second during economic event. I guest their server can’t support user order at once and also they really slow in processing my request for withdrawal and I can say their finance staff is not efficient at all. So far I just loss 150 USD before I’m not notice the problem then after I notice the problem I’ve made a few modification on my strategies such as setting up the stop loss and take profit and always monitor the charts from time to time until I cover the loss then I’m planning to find another broker in order to avoid this problem occurred again.

For me, this is the worst company to trade in Forex market. They offered a demo account and I tried it several months but when I changed to a real one, I saw a big discrepancy between them. I use a robot to trade and during sessions, it's impossible to trade because this broker makes trading impossible. I never could be close to the price during news event. Trading platform freezes most of the time and support managers only give you all type of excuses.

Alpari has a lot of marketing, but when it comes some services is not the best broker at all. Their choices of underlying assets are very limited, spreads are competitive, but customer service takes long to reply. I replenished my account with $250, the processing was normal, but every time I need the support to make any small stuff, it takes long.

I am a client of Alpari for 2 months and I'm unhappy with their services. The platform crashed during news feed. I was trading on EUR/USD and the session suddenly closed which made me lose 12 pips and the support team wasn't answering to my calls or e-mails to explain to me why that was happening. I have a live account with a deposit of 400$, but till now I deposited more then 1000$ with the system Skrill. I was hoping that the problems with the platform will be solved by now but it looks like it goes from bad to worst. My daily trading is with currency EUR/USD, USD/CHF, USD/CAD. I had some winning tradings and after night they were deleted from my account so I lost the money also. I currently search to change this broker, it has bad services and also is not honest.
