I started from Forex Dealing City last 6 months ago and I was very disappointed on their service. I funded $150 for start and I blew up my account now. Their platform is notorious for ease of use and most of the pro's I know use it. If you place limit orders, stops, take profits, etc, their platform can take up to 10 minutes to show they have been triggered. You cannot use it as an entry or stop level, as it will be 30-70 pips of the value everyone else sees. Cannot recommended Forex Dealing City.

Working with Dealing City in 1 year, I must say that this broker is very bad, and trading with this broker is really a nightmare with me during my career in 5 years. Thus, Dealing City is an unprofessional broker, and the money I withdrew one week ago has not come to my account yet. Last week, I deposited 550$, and I got profit with 600$. Hence, I made a request of withdrawal for my profit, but the money hasn’t come to my account for 1 week. Therefore, I contacted their customer support by calling them, but I only got an automated response that my request was on the processing. Their customer support is so poor, and I was upset with these guys. In addition, the trading connection and execution were terrible for me. In fact, this broker is irresponsible with their error that affects to me, especially in withdrawing. Overall, Dealing City is the worst broker I have ever trade in forex world, and I don’t recommend this broker to anyone!!

I failed to manage my trading account last week, so I lost my entire funds worth $250. So, I deposited my funds again worth $100 using the payment system, Webmoney. That time, I thought that I could use the fund the next day but I was wrong. At first, the staff of this company denied my claim saying that there's no money deposit from my account. I escalated my concern to the management and I even threatened that I would take legal action if they won't solve my problem. On Friday, the finance dept says that I would received the money this week. Today, my fund is already credited to my account and they told me the cause of the delay. Despite of the incident, I still trust them and found no reason to look for another broker.

Last three months I have been trading with dealing city broker and I have found many signs to indicate them as a professional broker. At first dealing city broker's Mt4 trading terminal is one of the best platforms I ever used. Where the trade executions within a moment and I can trade my expected level and could be gained profit. Second, they provide all the necessary trading tools and analytical functions to me on the platform. It helps me to make a perfect profitable trade. Third they provide 30% bonus to me which is the extra money for tradings. Basically, with dealing city broker I was deposited 500$ usd and started trading with low spreads, I could make earnings in just a few weeks with some pairs, such as eurusd and eurnzd after trading two months, I made a profit of $650 usd. Yesterday I asked for withdrawal for 200 through WebMoney and that proceeding within 48 hours. So I am planning to invest more and refer some of my friends to get rebates.

I am trading the DCTrader 2 platform with Dealing City's . Here I have experience that the platform is too slow in the news time. My account's available balance is $320 and I make a withdrawal request of $100 and till now they didn't proceed to my skrill payment system. I called their support for helping me to get my money as early as possible. But they said it is still processing and the money will be transfer to my account within 24 hours. I think Dealing City broker's service is worst and unprofessional, So now I decided to move another broker.
