Trading with Dukascopy has been great. Funding my account with $1000 was so easy, and it's just 3 weeks of joining Dukascopy platform which I have made $500. So far, withdrawal of my money through Wire Transfer was done within 3 hrs. I think I can now start trading big on their platform, Dukascopy have proved to be a reliable broker.

I have and account with them and had been trading using a live account for 4 months. I get a bunch of "off quotes" and "invalid price" messages when trying to get in to my trades. I have emailed them several times to get response from the, but they only give excuses and they didn't helped me to solve the problem. Last week my EURUSD pair was higher than the normal price which is 14pips higher than any other broker. I called them again and got another lame excuse which leads me to close my account and find another broker.

Since I started to trade with this company, more than 4 years ago, I haven’t had any problem. This broker is regulated and I feel secure of my trading with them. I have used around 6 different brokers, but for me, this provides the best conditions, starting with low spreads and a nice platform, very easy to use and understand. But what I like the most is its client support. 2 weeks ago, I was trading with EURUSD and got from it around $500, but that amount didn’t appear in my trading account. I was about to write to support department when they themselves sent me an email telling that they had detected a problem with my balance but they were about to solve it. And it was true: in 1 hour, the problem had been solved and $500 more were reflected in my account. Amazing broker so far.

I’ve have problem wih ducascopy which is their jforex platform that freeze a few times during my trading activity. Almost 3 weeks I’ve face this freezing problem and also the execution order start slowing 10 second late. I’ve reinstall the platform but nothing change, it still freeze and slow to execute my orders. I’ve made a report regarding to this matter to their support team to make some update to fix this issue but they said the platform is in good condition, there is no need to make an update. They told me to use mobile version to trade but I don’t like trading with mobile version because I can’t use my custom indicator. How can I gain profit if the platform is not stable enough to use and because of this problem I’ve loss around 200 USD when the platform freeze. Ducascopy should update trading platform if not I’ve to close my account and find another broker.

What I love about dukascopy is their spread that low from 0.5 pips and they only focus on one payment option which is they use wire transfer only. I’m using their jforex platform that really stable and friendly user make me comfortable while trading and I can learn how to use the platform within a few hours only. Their execution is the best one that fast when I execute the order and so far all instant order are fast to execute. Their bonus programs also attract me well with their anniversary bonus, equity bonus, discount program and also if you refer your friend you will get a bonus. So far all my request for withdrawal will be approve as fast as possible and usually it only take within 1 hour and I can enjoy my profit credit into my bank account.
